Each year OPRA provides a Christmas tree with lights for the village, but as everyone now knows the lights were vandalised and destroyed within hours of being switched on. New lights have now been purchased (paid for by Harbour View Social Club) and will be switched on again at around 4.30pm on Saturday 19th December.
