As you will have seen from the leaflet delivered recently, Avon & Somerset Constabulary are operating a “cold calling alert zone” in our county.  It’s working well in reducing unwanted visits from doorstep sales companies and bogus callers.

We have an opportunity for this scheme to be extended to our parish, with the zone being marked by signs, and stickers supplied for homeowners to display.
